Serrano Campground

USDA Forest Service 6800 ft elevation

Serrano is the premier Forest Service campground at Big Bear Lake, sitting directly on the north shore with stunning lake and mountain views. With 109 sites across four loops — including 30 full-hookup sites in the Snowberry Loop — it accommodates both tent campers and RVs up to 40 feet. Flush toilets, hot showers, and bear boxes at every site make this the most-developed and most-popular public campground in the Big Bear area, so reservations well in advance are strongly recommended.
